SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Tahoma" >Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Diving Regulations Branch.</FONT> The HSE accredited and approved  NASE UK on the 18th of January 2001.</div> <bR> <div>  <A
